CONFORMATION CLASSES

Dog show handling is for those who are involve with breeding or showing purebred* dogs. Or, for unneutered/spayed purebred dog owners who want to get into the wonderful world of dog shows.

It consists in getting out the best of your dog’s conformation, movement and attitude in the ring by an effective presentation. Ring patterns and proper equipment are also important points to learn when planning on showing. It is a very prestigious activity and since many decades, many dog producers and handlers found themselves proud owners of numerous Canadian Champions.

* The term purebred is used only if the dog has its registration certificate from a recognized association such as the CKC or the AKC. It is illegal in Canada to sell a dog saying it is purebred without proof of proper paperwork.

Puppies can start as young as 3 months old.

Individual or group lessons are available.
